Z1S Check Valves

The Bosch Rexroth Z1S Check Valves are direct-operated check valves designed as sandwich plate valves for vertical stack mounting in hydraulic systems. They work by using a poppet made of high-performance plastic which, in combination with a spring, blocks flow in one direction with optimal leak-tightness. The valve configuration allows for free flow in the opposite direction once the cracking pressure is exceeded. Their function is to provide various one- and two-channel blocking functions to prevent backflow and maintain pressure in certain parts of the hydraulic circuit. These versatile valves can be supplied as angle valves or straight-through valves and are rated for maximum operating pressures up to 350 bar.
