The Z1S6P05-4X/V check valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the Z1S Check Valves series for blocking reverse flow in hydraulic automation stacks. Its check valve sandwich plate construction fits between subplates to save space, and the direct operated design provides immediate closure without pilot circuitry. The valve is assigned to channel P so it supervises the pump line, and flow is permitted only from P2 to P1 to protect downstream components. A cracking pressure of 0.5 bar lets the valve open with minimal energy loss, while an operating limit of 350 bar supports high-pressure circuits. Throughput is capped at 40 l/min, matching medium-capacity pumps and actuators, and the nominal size 6 footprint keeps the plate compact for standard installations.
The porting pattern follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 (D03) so the plate aligns directly with common manifold blocks, and four M5 ISO 4762 screws secure the stack to maintain seal integrity. Because it can be installed in any position, designers have flexibility when routing piping inside a power unit. FKM seals tolerate aggressive fluids and elevated temperatures for long service life. Approved mineral oil grades include HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, and HVLPD, while bio-oil alternatives HETG, HEES, and HEPG allow environmentally focused operation. For fire-risk environments, the valve also accepts flame-resistant fluids HFDU, HFDR, and HFC. Maintaining oil purity to ISO 4406 20/18/15 limits abrasive contamination, ensuring the poppet closes reliably over extended duty cycles.
