The Z1S6D05-4X/V check valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the Z1S Check Valves series. It serves hydraulic automation circuits by permitting flow in one direction and blocking reverse flow. The unit uses a straight-through design to minimize pressure loss and is dimensioned for nominal size 6 mounting cavities. Flow is allowed only from port B1 to port B2, so circuit layout must follow this orientation. A maximum operating pressure of 350 bar enables use in high-pressure manifolds and presses without derating.
The valve is assigned to channel B, defining its position in sandwich stacks. A cracking pressure of 0.5 bar opens the poppet quickly while preventing unintended backflow below this threshold. The assembly handles up to 40 l/min, supplying adequate volume for compact actuators and pilot lines. FKM seals provide temperature and oil compatibility for long service intervals, and the body is supplied without external corrosion protection, requiring additional coating if installed in corrosive environments.
