The Z1S6P05-4X/V/62 valve belongs to the Z1S Check Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is used to block reverse flow in hydraulic automation circuits. It is built for size 6 cavities, and oil passes through channel P to suit pressure supply lines. A straight-through design limits pressure losses while directing flow from port P2 to port P1. The poppet lifts at a cracking pressure of 0.5 bar, then stays open up to a maximum flow of 40 l/min. When closed, the seat safely withstands operating pressures as high as 350 bar, so the component fits high-pressure mobile or industrial systems.
For manifold installation, the valve follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern and matches the NFPA D03 mounting interface. External leakage is prevented by FKM seals that tolerate mineral oils and many synthetics at elevated temperature. System fluid must remain at ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 cleanliness to avoid seat damage and maintain tight shut-off. An ISO 8752-3x8-St spring pin locks the internal parts in position and resists vibration during continuous service.
