Z1S10P30-1-4X/F

The Z1S10P30-1-4X/F is a check valve produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the Z1S Check Valves series for hydraulic automation manifolds. This sandwich plate is supplied in size 10, which defines the port face and stacking height in modular systems. It follows the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 porting pattern so it aligns with standard subplates, and it also matches the NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D05 pattern for North American layouts. Flow in the P channel is blocked until the line reaches a cracking pressure of 3.0 bar (43.51 psi), after which the poppet lifts to permit passage. The body is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar (5076 psi), allowing it to handle typical industrial power unit pressures without fatigue.

It supports a continuous flow of up to 100 l/min (26.4 US gpm), providing adequate capacity for medium-sized actuator circuits. The preferred flow direction is from the component side toward the manifold, so installers must orient the plate accordingly. Because the valve may be mounted in any position, designers can place it wherever space permits without affecting performance. Clamping to the stack uses M6 screws in the ISO 4762-10.9 grade, securing the body against pressure-induced separation. Sealing functions rely on FKM elastomers, giving resistance to common mineral oils and many synthetic fluids. Reliable operation also requires the hydraulic fluid to be maintained at ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 cleanliness so that contamination does not interfere with the poppet seat.
