The Z1S6C50-4X/V valve is part of the Z1S Check Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is used to block reverse flow in automated hydraulic systems. It is a straight-through design that employs a size 6 interface for compact manifold stacking. System pressures up to 350 bar are supported, allowing use in medium-pressure circuits. The passage accommodates 40 l/min of oil without exceeding rated limits, and the poppet lifts once the differential reaches its 5.0 bar cracking pressure. Flow is permitted only from A1 to A2, so actuators remain locked when pressure decays. The valve works with fluids whose viscosity ranges from 2.8 to 500 mm²/s, and it remains functional with oil temperatures between −20 °C and +80 °C.
The housing is machined from steel to withstand cyclical loading and to keep sealing faces rigid. It can be mounted in any position, giving designers flexibility in crowded cabinets. To protect internal parts, the fluid must be filtered to ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15. FKM seals withstand common hydraulic oils and maintain leakage control across the stated temperature span. Mounting follows the NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03 footprint combined with the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 port layout, ensuring interchangeability with CETOP 03 hardware. Four threaded holes accept either 10-24 UNC screws or M5 ISO 4762-10.9 screws, so both imperial and metric fasteners can secure the unit.
