The Z1S6F05-4X/V check valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the Z1S Check Valves series and is used to block reverse flow in hydraulic automation stacks. It is a direct-operated check design in size 6, so it functions without a pilot stage in compact circuits. The sandwich plate arrangement lets the element be inserted between manifold sections to control the P and T channels. Flow is allowed from P2 to P1 and from T1 to T2, while reverse direction remains sealed until the 0.5 bar cracking pressure is reached. The valve withstands system pressures up to 350 bar and passes up to 40 l/min when open, supplying medium-capacity power lines with minimal pressure drop.
The ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern and NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03 footprint align the valve with common subplates, and it fastens with M5 ISO 4762-10.9 or 10-24 UNC screws. An FKM seal set maintains tightness with mineral oils specified in DIN 51524 and also resists flame-resistant HFDU, HFDR, and HFC fluids defined in ISO 12922. Operation is permitted in any mounting position, provided the circuit cleanliness stays within ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to prevent wear. The modular construction fits diverse stacks and maintains the rated flow and pressure.
