The Z1S10A05-1-4X/F check valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the Z1S Check Valves series. It is used in hydraulic manifolds to keep fluid from returning while permitting controlled passage for automation circuits. The unit has a nominal size of 10, matching standard cavity dimensions in medium-flow systems. Flow is monitored in channel A, and the poppet opens at a cracking pressure of 0.5 bar. Direction is defined as plate to component so return flow toward the subplate is blocked. The cartridge supports a maximum flow of 100 l/min without exceeding specified pressure drop. Working pressure can reach 350 bar, and acceptable oil viscosity extends up to 500 mm²/s.
Service temperatures up to 80 °C are permitted, allowing the valve to operate in warm power units. It can be installed in any position, giving designers flexibility in manifold layout. Interface machining follows porting pattern ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 for compatibility with common CETOP 5 plates. Four M6 ISO 4762-10.9 screws secure the body to the subplate and maintain sealing integrity. FKM seals are fitted to resist synthetic and high-temperature fluids. Tank channels Ta and Tb remain free-flowing so backpressure on the return side is minimized. There are no pilot ports X or Y because the valve relies solely on line pressure for actuation. No throttle nozzle is included, and fluid cleanliness of ISO 4406 20/18/15 must be observed to protect the seat surfaces.
