SYD Hydraulic Control Systems

The Bosch Rexroth SYD Hydraulic Control Systems are electro-hydraulic units designed for the precise pressure and flow control of an axial piston variable displacement pump. These systems comprise an axial piston variable displacement pump (A10VSO.../31), a proportional directional pilot control valve (VT-DFP.) with electronics, and a position transducer for measuring the pump's swivel angle. The system works by using the electronics to precisely adjust the pilot valve, which then controls the pump's swivel angle, pressure, and power. A key function of the valve is closed-loop position control, which ensures high accuracy and dynamic performance.
