The SYDZ0001-1X/200V140M hydraulic control block is part of the SYD Hydraulic Control Systems series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for pressure regulation in automated hydraulic machines. It is designed for mineral oil that meets DIN 51524, ensuring compatibility with standard industrial fluids. The assembly withstands system pressures up to 350 bar, while a 20 bar pre-load keeps internal valves seated during startup and a pilot limiter caps pressure at 200 bar to protect downstream actuators. Diagnostic port Mp1 uses a G1/4 thread for gauge attachment, port P offers a G1/8 pilot feed, and port T provides a G3/4 return to tank. The P1 service inlet is machined for an SAE 1 1/4 in flange and opens fully at 30 bar so secondary circuits receive flow only after the set threshold.
For installation, the block provides a 4 × Ø15 mm mounting pattern that matches standard subplates. It is secured by four ISO4762-M14×150-10.9 socket head screws, each tightened to 100 Nm to resist dynamic loads. The pressure port Pp offers an SAE 1 1/4 in interface machined to DIN ISO 6162-2, enabling an accumulator or parallel branch to be attached without special adapters. These mechanical and hydraulic features shorten commissioning time and allow the controller to be positioned close to actuators while maintaining leak-free operation.
