The SYDZ0001-1X/200V045M control block belongs to the SYD Hydraulic Control Systems series and is built by Bosch Rexroth for pressure regulation tasks in hydraulic automation. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar so it can be integrated into high-pressure circuits found in presses or die-casting machines. Nominal size 45 establishes the passage area and consequently defines the achievable flow rate through the block. A built-in pressure limitation set to 200 bar provides an internal safety boundary that prevents downstream components from being overloaded. Correct fastening torque of 50 Nm must be applied to those screws to maintain seal compression under cyclic load. An Mp1 diagnostic port threaded G1/4 permits pressure measurement without disturbing the main line. System supply enters at the P port with a G1/8 thread, while an additional P1 port sized G3/4 handles higher flow branches or auxiliary functions. Return flow exits through the T port threaded G3/8, providing a dedicated tank path that avoids back-pressure in control passages. All dynamic seals are compatible with HL and HLP mineral oils defined in DIN 51524, allowing the block to operate with standard hydraulic fluids used across industrial plants. The discrete sizing of each port prevents cross-connection during assembly and supports reliable maintenance routines.
