4WRTE Directional Control Valves

The Bosch Rexroth Type 4WRTE valves are reliable, pilot-operated directional control valves featuring electrical position feedback and integrated electronics (OBE) for precise hydraulic control. They are designed for flexible use, suitable for controlling position, speed, and pressure within a system. The valve operates as a two-stage system, where the integrated electronics modulate proportional solenoids to drive the pilot control valve. This pilot stage then precisely positions the main stage control spool in a regulated manner, resulting in high response sensitivity and little hysteresis. For enhanced function and safety, the design includes automatic pressure compensation and offers optional spool position monitoring.
