It directs hydraulic flow while withstanding a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. A recommended flow rate of 460 l/min permits high-volume actuation without cavitation. The pilot stage draws 14 l/min at 315 bar, and the supply and return for the pilot oil can be configured externally or internally through port T. Response sensitivity is 0.05 percent, and hysteresis is held to 0.1 percent to minimize positioning error. Fluid entering the unit must meet ISO 4406 class 18/16/13 to keep internal clearances free from debris.
The valve receives its command via a ±10 V analog interface, and the input circuit shows 100 kΩ resistance to reduce current draw from the controller. A ±10 V measuring output returns actual position for process monitoring. Electrical connection uses a DIN EN 175201-804 plug coded K31, and the electronics operate from a nominal 24 VDC supply with an upper limit of 35 VDC. Return pressure at port T is limited to 250 bar so pilot drainage remains stable. An IP65 enclosure protects the electronics against dust and water jets, allowing installation in open machine areas. Together these electrical limits and protection features integrate with the hydraulic ratings described earlier to provide dependable directional control in high-pressure circuits.
