The 4WRTE16W5-125P-4X/6EG24ETK31/A5WB15M is a proportional directional control valve in the 4WRTE Directional Control Valves series from Bosch Rexroth. Designed for hydraulic automation, it meters flow and regulates actuator speed within closed loop systems. The valve is built in size NG16 which sets the mounting pattern and flow capability. It bolts to an ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 interface so it can be exchanged within standard manifolds. Both pilot oil supply and pilot oil return are internal, simplifying external piping. A recommended maximum flow of 460 l/min accommodates medium to large circuits, while port diameters of 20 mm reduce pressure loss at high demand. The maximum operating pressure on the P, A, and B ports reaches 350 bar for compatibility with high-pressure power units. An enclosure protection class of IP65 shields the electrical assembly against dust and low-pressure water jets.
The valve electronics run from a nominal 24 V DC supply. A ±10 V command signal positions the spool. The coil draws up to 1.6 A during full output. Overall power consumption does not exceed 72 VA, so standard machine control power supplies are sufficient. Electrical connection is through a DIN EN 175201-804 (K31) plug which supports quick service replacement. Hydraulic cleanliness must be maintained at ISO 4406 code 18/16/13 to avoid premature wear. Dynamic sealing elements are molded from NBR to resist common mineral oils. The assembly weighs 11.2 kg, allowing direct mounting without additional support brackets.
