DA Pressure Cut-Off Valves

The Bosch Rexroth DA and DAW valves are pilot-operated pressure cut-off valves used in hydraulic systems for subplate mounting or as installation valves. Their primary function is to efficiently control pump flow, typically by maintaining pressure in a system, such as an accumulator charging circuit. The valve works by diverting the pump's flow into a depressurized circulation from the pressure port (P) to the tank port (T) as soon as the set upper cut-off pressure is reached. The pump remains in this circulation mode until the system pressure drops by a predefined switching pressure differential, which can be fixed or freely adjustable, prompting the valve to automatically restart the charging process.
