The DA6VP2A5X/200FSM pressure cut-off valve belongs to the DA Pressure Cut-Off Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is applied in hydraulic automation circuits to block flow when a preset limit is reached. It carries a pressure rating of 200 bar and handles up to 315 bar at ports A and P, while ports T and Y are limited to 100 bar to protect tank and pilot lines. Subplate mounting permits fast replacement in manifold assemblies. Mineral oil of the HL or HLP type is the specified hydraulic medium, and viscosities may be as high as 800 mm²/s, allowing cold-start operation. Fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to keep the internal spool free of contamination, and the valve can be installed in any orientation for flexible circuit design.
Service temperatures reach a maximum of 80 °C for either FKM or NBR seals, with minimum limits of −20 °C for FKM and −30 °C for NBR, so the seal material can be matched to ambient conditions. The switching pressure differential is adjustable between 10 % and 50 % of the set value, giving the designer control over response sharpness versus stability. These boundaries ensure that the DA6VP2A5X/200FSM maintains dependable cut-off behavior across seasonal temperature changes and varying load demands without exceeding its mechanical or hydraulic limits.
