The DAW30B2-5X/315-17Y6EG24N9K4 valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the DA Pressure Cut-Off Valves series and serves to isolate hydraulic circuits once a set pressure is reached. It is built in size 32, allowing a maximum flow of 240 l/min through the body without excessive pressure loss. The overall pressure rating is 315 bar, and port P is designed for the same 315 bar so inlet pressure can act directly on the cut-off element. Port T or Y is limited to 100 bar to protect the return path and pilot gallery. A switching pressure differential of 17 % ensures that the valve re-opens only after pressure has fallen sufficiently below the setpoint. The pilot stage uses a directional spool in size 6, making it compatible with standard NG6 sandwich plates. Pilot oil returns externally, preventing pilot flow from mixing with tank lines and keeping control pressure stable.
Electrical actuation relies on a 24 V DC coil, while a concealed manual override lets technicians shift the spool during setup without energizing the solenoid. The valve accepts mineral oil fluids of the HL or HLP type specified in DIN 51524, and NBR seals provide chemical compatibility with these oils. Operation is permitted from –30 °C to 80 °C fluid temperature, covering common mobile and industrial environments. System cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 so sliding edges remain free of abrasive particles.
