The DAC30-2-5X/100-10 pressure cut-off valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the DA Pressure Cut-Off Valves series and limits system pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. It employs a spindle with a protective cap so operators can set the cut-off point while shielding the setting from accidental adjustment. An integrated check valve prevents reverse flow when the pressure line is blocked, and an internal pilot oil return eliminates the need for an external drain connection. Installation is simplified by a 32 mm bore and the ability to mount in any position. The body is fastened with four M8 × 40 screws, each tightened to 30 Nm to maintain sealing integrity. NBR seals provide compatibility with common hydraulic oils, and the unit weighs 1.4 kg to ease handling during assembly.
Mineral oil of the HL or HLP class according to DIN 51524 is the approved hydraulic fluid, and ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 cleanliness is required to keep the valve spool moving freely. Port P can sustain up to 315 bar, while ports T and Y are limited to 100 bar, matching the general pressure rating of 100 bar specified for the cut-off stage. The version 10, size 32 variant passes up to 120 l/min so it can serve medium-flow pumps without excessive pressure drop. A switching pressure differential of 10 percent defines the gap between cut-in and cut-out, ensuring stable system behavior under fluctuating demand. Together these limits on pressure, flow, and oil quality allow the valve to protect actuators and piping from overload while maintaining responsive performance.
