AA4VG Variable Pumps

The Bosch Rexroth AA4VG series 32 pumps are axial piston variable pumps of the swashplate design, specifically engineered as high-pressure pumps for applications in closed hydraulic circuits. These robust units are available in sizes 28 to 125, operating with a nominal pressure of 5800 psi and a maximum pressure of 6500 psi. The pump works by allowing the swashplate to be infinitely moved to adjust the pump swivel angle, which controls the displacement to provide a flow output that is infinitely variable from zero to maximum. When the swashplate moves through the neutral position, the flow direction changes to control the hydraulic motor in both directions. For function, the pumps include an integrated auxiliary pump for boost and pilot oil supply, high-pressure relief valves with an integrated boost function, and a through drive for mounting additional pumps.
