The AA4VG90HD3DM1/32R-NUF52F011F-S variable pump belongs to the AA4VG Variable Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and is applied in closed-circuit hydrostatic drives used for hydraulic automation. Its maximum displacement is 90 cm³ per revolution, defining the volume of oil delivered in each shaft turn. Inlet conditions are restricted to 5 bar (75 psi) at the suction port to avoid cavitation. The drive shaft accepts up to 602 Nm of input torque, and a through-drive flange can pass 822 Nm to a secondary pump for tandem layouts. When delivering full displacement at 400 bar the pump develops 573 Nm of hydraulic output torque, enabling high force operation in cylinders and motors.
