The AA4VG250EP4D1/32R-NSD60F001DH is a variable pump built by Bosch Rexroth for the AA4VG Variable Pumps series and supplies adjustable hydraulic energy for automated closed-circuit drives. A geometric displacement of 250 cm³ per revolution offers high volumetric throughput, while the unit reaches 600 l/min at maximum displacement and rated speed to feed large actuators. Continuous operation is permitted up to 2400 rpm, and stable delivery begins at 500 rpm for low-flow conditions. The rotary group can accelerate at 6700 rad/s², and its moment of inertia of 0.0983 kg·m² keeps drive load moderate during rapid speed changes. Clockwise rotation aligns with common right-hand prime movers, and the EP4 electronic controller accepts a 24 V DC supply so it integrates with standard vehicle or industrial control networks.
