The AA4VG180EP3DM1/32R-NSD52F041DH-S variable pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the AA4VG Variable Pumps series and serves closed-circuit hydraulic drives where accurate flow control is required. The geometric displacement is 180 cm³ per revolution, so each shaft turn moves a defined volume of oil. At the nominal speed of 2500 rpm this displacement yields a flow of 450 L/min, supporting medium-to-high power mobile machinery. Shaft rotation is clockwise, allowing straightforward coupling to right-hand engines. The integrated EP3 controller works with a 12 V DC signal to position the swash plate electronically. Continuous operation is based on a nominal pressure of 400 bar, giving the circuit a dependable working limit. Under this pressure the pump can transfer 300 kW, while the prime mover must supply 1146 Nm of torque. The design tolerates a maximum pressure of 450 bar for short load peaks without overstressing the housing. The boost pump displaces 39.8 cm³ per revolution, providing makeup flow for leakage and cooling.
