ZDRE Proportional Control Valves

Bosch Rexroth ZDRE valves are electrically proportional, pilot-operated pressure reducing valves used for continuously and remotely setting pressure levels in hydraulic systems. These valves function using an integrated control electronics package and a proportional solenoid to adjust the force on the control spool. The solenoid's electrical input determines the spring compression, allowing the valve to precisely modulate the output pressure to a value proportional to the command signal. Their primary function is to provide highly dynamic and variable pressure control for complex applications where pressure needs to change frequently and accurately. This control allows fine-tuning of machine functions like clamping force or braking pressure.
