The ZDREE6VP2-1X/210MG24K24F1M proportional valve belongs to the ZDRE Proportional Control Valves series and is built by Bosch Rexroth for closed-loop hydraulic automation. It converts an industry-standard command signal of 4–20 mA into a proportional shift of the internal spool for precise pressure control. The electronics accept 18 VDC to 35 VDC, with 24 VDC as the nominal level, giving compatibility with common machine power rails. Peak current draw is limited to 1.5 A, so moderate-sized power supplies are adequate, and an external 2 A time-lag fuse protects the circuit during faults. Power and signal are routed through an M12 × 1, four-pin, A-coded connector that supports quick replacement in the field. An IP65 enclosure seals the housing against dust and low-pressure water jets encountered on production lines. Operating limits from −20 °C to +70 °C allow reliable service during cold starts or in elevated ambient temperatures. The pressure stage can regulate up to 210 bar at ports p1/a while the P port withstands 315 bar, letting the valve reside directly on high-pressure supply lines without extra reducers. Through-flow capacity is 30 l/min for small to mid-size actuators, and only 0.65 l/min is required to pilot the spool, conserving pump energy during steady-state operation. A mounting interface that follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 ensures drop-in fit on standard NG6 subplates.
