CHV Check Valves

The CHV Check Valves series is a range of refrigeration check valves available in both angleway and straightway versions. The series is designed to open at very low differential pressure and uses an internal damping arrangement to reduce flutter, pulsation, and unstable operation at low refrigerant velocity or low density. Across the range, the valves use cold-resistant steel housings, stainless steel bolts, PTFE sealing elements, and a cone design with built-in flexibility for precise closing against the seat. The series is approved for a broad group of refrigerants, operates from -60 °C to +150 °C, and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 52 bar. Overall, the CHV series is intended for refrigeration installations that need non-return valve function with multiple connection options, serviceable construction, and stable flow behavior across varying operating conditions.
