HSZ Sandwich Plates

The Bosch Rexroth HSZ sandwich plates are compact hydraulic components that are stacked between a main directional valve and its subplate to create multi-function valve assemblies. They work by featuring integrated functional elements, such as pressure, check, or flow control valves, in a thin plate design. This allows for complex circuit functions to be quickly and efficiently integrated without complex piping or special control blocks. Their primary function is to simplify machine design, save space, and reduce assembly time and cost by eliminating the need for separate pipe-connected valves. HSZ plates are available in various sizes (like 06, 10, and 22) and configurations for pressures up to 315 bar.
