The HSZ16B106-3X/S200M00 sandwich plate is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the HSZ Sandwich Plates series. It provides controlled pressure relief in stacked hydraulic valves used in automated machinery. The mounting interface follows ISO 4401 dimensions so the plate fits directly between standard directional valves and subplates. Its design follows the sandwich-plate format, letting installers build vertical stacks without extra manifolds. A DBD pressure relief valve is factory-installed to open when line pressure exceeds the set level. The adjustment element is a set screw with a hex head and protective cap that allows precise spring preload while guarding the setting from unintentional changes.

The factory pressure setting is 200 bar, establishing the maximum working pressure for the protected circuit. The body is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar, giving reserve strength for transient spikes. The relief cartridge is located on side E of the plate, which keeps the maintenance point consistent with port labeling on adjacent modules. NBR seals are used between mating faces to contain mineral-oil fluid and withstand typical operating temperatures. The unit is supplied without external connections, so all flow paths remain internal to the stack and eliminate additional pipework.
