The HSZ10B207-3X/05-M01 sandwich plate is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and forms part of the HSZ Sandwich Plates series for hydraulic automation manifolds. It routes pressure and return lines between stacked directional valves and auxiliary modules. The plate tolerates operating pressures up to 315 bar, enabling safe service in high-pressure circuits. Pilot-operated actuation allows external control signals to shift internal passages without direct manual force. Separate pilot ports X and Y provide dedicated inlets for these control signals, improving stability when the main flow fluctuates. A port layout marked TA, P, X, A, B, 2, Y, and TB organizes working, drain, and pilot paths so installers can trace flow quickly. All ports share G-series threads according to ISO 228, streamlining connector selection across machines. Pipe interfaces comply with DIN 3852-2 so the plate seals reliably to standard fittings without additional adapters.

The plate is finished with an Fe/Zn8/Cn/T0 zinc coating that shields the steel body from corrosion in oil-mist environments. Its mounting pattern follows ISO 4401-05-04-0-94, letting it bolt directly between size 05 subplates and directional valves without machining. Overall dimensions of 250 × 70 × 100 mm keep the stack height compact while leaving room for internal galleries. The return port on side E is tapped G1/2, offering a larger cross-section for low-back-pressure tank flow. NBR seals are fitted to resist hydraulic oils and retain elasticity over the specified pressure range. A mass of 13.2 kg adds rigidity to the stack and helps dampen vibration from rapid spool shifts.
