The HSZ06A402-3X/FGM1-A06G24-1AK4M00 sandwich plate is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the HSZ Sandwich Plates series. It supports hydraulic circuits by shifting between rapid and creep flow in a normally open state, letting system designers fine-tune actuator speed. Blocking on one side prevents backflow when the valve is at rest. A 24 V DC solenoid provides the actuation force, and the coil connects through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4, 2+PE plug for straightforward wiring. The plate withstands operating pressures up to 315 bar so it can be placed in high-pressure manifolds. It is supplied as a sandwich plate with an R-ring plate that slots directly between adjacent valve sections.
The unit fits manifolds drilled to the DIN 24340 Form A pattern, allowing stack installation without adapter blocks. A Fe/Zn8/Cn/T0 surface coating according to DIN 50979 deposits zinc for corrosion resistance in humid environments. NBR seals retain hydraulic fluid at the port interfaces. The housing measures 150 × 44 × 70 mm and it weighs 3.7 kg, supporting compact layouts and manageable handling during assembly.
