The HSZ10A107-3X/M00 sandwich plate belongs to the HSZ Sandwich Plates series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. As a modular element in hydraulic automation, it routes pressure and return lines between stacked valve sections. The plate is supplied as a sandwich plate with an R ring plate and is built to nominal size 10 for compatibility with medium-flow circuits. It mounts on manifolds that use the ISO 4401 interface and matches the DIN 24340 Form A porting pattern, ensuring alignment with standardized subplates. A maximum operating pressure of 315 bar allows the unit to handle typical system pressures in industrial equipment. To fit within compact valve stacks, the plate height is limited to 50 mm without affecting flow capacity.

In service, the HSZ10A107-3X/M00 offers additional dimensional and control features needed for precise circuit layout. The body length is 170 mm and the width is 70 mm, providing a stable footprint for side-by-side assembly under directional or proportional valves. Internal drilling follows the TA P A 2 B TB port configuration, so pressure, tank, and working ports line up with adjacent components. A relief valve can be attached through the DBD 10 K1X interface, and the connection point is located on Side F to simplify access for maintenance.
