3FRE Flow Control Valves

The Bosch Rexroth 3FRE Proportional Flow Control Valves are direct-operated, 3-way valves used for highly accurate flow rate adjustment in hydraulic systems. The valves feature on-board electronics (OBE) and an inductive position transducer, which work to provide closed-loop position control for the orifice spool. This design allows the flow rate to be precisely adjusted based on an electrical setpoint, resulting in a minimal hysteresis of less than 1%. Their function is to split or combine flow into or out of a hydraulic actuator, providing proportional control of speed and motion with a maximum working pressure of 250 bar and nominal flows up to 70 l/min.
