The 3FREZ6B-1X/35L2G24-27Z4MM flow control valve belongs to the 3FRE Flow Control Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It regulates hydraulic flow in automated circuits where precise volumetric control is required. The valve matches the NG6 nominal size so it integrates into compact manifold layouts. A three-way porting arrangement enables simultaneous flow regulation and tank bypass. The linear flow characteristic provides proportional adjustment over the full stroke, while a nominal flow of 35 l/min is reached at an 8 bar differential pressure. There is no built-in non-return valve, and the hydraulic interface is sealed with NBR material.
Electronic actuation is supplied with 24 V DC, and commands are delivered through a 0 to +10 V setpoint input. The normally closed configuration keeps the metering element shut when the control signal reaches +10 V. An inductive position transducer monitors spool displacement for feedback to external controllers. Power and signal lines terminate on a 6P+PE connector that follows the DIN 43563-AM6 unit plug standard. The valve accepts HL or HLP hydraulic fluids that meet DIN 51524, maintaining lubrication and corrosion resistance during operation.
