The 421AK00192B piston pump is manufactured by Vickers for the X20 Mobile Piston Pumps series and supplies hydraulic power to mobile automation systems. It displaces 41 cm³ of fluid each revolution so flow can be predicted directly from drive speed. A minimum input speed of 600 rpm ensures internal lubrication at engine idle, while a maximum input speed of 3600 rpm allows high output without overspeeding the rotating group. Torque is transferred through a 15-tooth 16/32 spline shaft that protrudes 46 mm, and right-hand rotation defines the correct drive direction. A 2-bolt B front mounting flange secures the housing to the prime mover, and an overall length of 12.390 in helps planners confirm envelope clearances. Bearings are rated for 10 280 h at rated pressure, giving predictable service intervals in fleet maintenance schedules.
The unit carries a nominal working pressure of 4600 psi and tolerates peaks up to 5000 psi during short load spikes. Suction is supplied through a 2.00 in SAE J518 four-bolt split flange port, and discharge exits a 1.00 in SAE J518 four-bolt split flange port, both to Code 61 for hose standardization. A top-mounted .875-14 UNF-2B O-ring drain port returns case leakage to tank, keeping housing pressure below the 350 bar limit. The inlet side can accept up to 280 bar to prevent cavitation in high-altitude or hot-oil conditions. System filtration must achieve an ISO cleanliness level of 21/18/13 so internal clearances maintain efficiency and component life.
