The MHT150/75/75-R1-35-JA hydraulic vane motor is produced by Vickers within the Vane Motors series for automated power transmission in fluid circuits. A bolt circle diameter of 298.5 mm (11.75 in) sets the footprint for bolting the housing to a machine frame, while eight 1/2–13 UNC mounting holes drilled 1.00 in deep supply the threaded engagement needed to hold the unit in place. A maximum pilot engagement of 5.84 mm (0.230 in) establishes accurate centering between the motor and the mounting surface. Fluid paths use a SAE 1.50 in four-bolt flange at Port A and a SAE 2.00 in four-bolt flange at Port B to connect to pressure and return lines. The shaft seal measures 79.5 mm (3.13 in) to prevent external leakage around the output shaft. Two case drain ports permit flexible routing of excess case oil, and each port is tapped to a 9/16–18 UNF–2B thread for standard fittings.

The motor supports a rated operating pressure of 207 bar (3000 psi) for continuous duty, and it can withstand 276 bar (4000 psi) when stalled to handle shock loads. Case port pressure is limited to 1.7 bar (25 psi) so return-line back-pressure does not force oil past the shaft seal, and a minimum case flow of 1.89 l/min (0.05 gpm) is required to remove internal heat. In 150-mode the motor displaces 1850.7 cc per revolution (113 in³/rev), producing a theoretical torque of 203 Nm (150 lb·ft) at 6.9 bar supply. When shifted to 75-mode it displaces 925.4 cc per revolution (56.5 in³/rev) with a proportional torque output of 102 Nm (75 lb·ft) under the same pressure. These displacement options allow control valves to trade speed for torque without altering the prime mover.
