The 25M65A 1C20 vane motor belongs to the Vane Motors series from Vickers and provides rotary power for hydraulic automation circuits. Its balanced cartridge design minimizes side loading on the rotor to keep efficiency stable across pressure changes. Ten vanes distribute hydraulic forces evenly, which reduces pulsation and helps maintain consistent output. The motor develops 65 lb-in of torque for every 100 psi of inlet pressure, supplying predictable drive force to downstream machinery. A bushing in the cover carries axial thrust to extend service life when circuit pressures fluctuate. Four cover positions let installers orient the outlet relative to system plumbing while keeping the housing fixed. Pressure and return ports are machined into both the body and the cover, giving flexibility when locating hoses inside crowded manifolds. Teflon rings seal these ports to prevent external leakage under high temperature oil conditions. Excess case oil leaves through an external drain at the cover port to avoid aeration inside the cartridge. The motor mounts on a body face SAE two-bolt flange so it aligns quickly with common pump pads or adapter plates.
