The RCT10D230 valve is produced by Vickers within the SystemStak Modular Valves series and serves as a pressure control valve for hydraulic automation. It is pilot operated so a remote pressure signal directs the main section, and the two stage design stabilizes flow while minimizing pressure overshoot. A maximum pressure rating of 210 bar allows use in medium-pressure circuits, and the valve passes up to 284 L/min to suit high-flow manifolds. Pressure is adjusted by a screw with a locknut, letting technicians secure the setting against vibration. An external drain routes pilot oil directly to tank, and the body attaches with a 1 1/4 inch NPT pipe mount for straightforward installation.
A built-in check valve permits reverse flow when circuits discharge, eliminating an extra inline component. The unit needs no electrical connection, so control relies solely on hydraulic signals. Petroleum oils are the approved working fluids, and cleanliness must remain at the 19/17/14 level to protect internal surfaces. Nitrile seals contain the fluid and match the specified oil group. The housing measures 282.194 mm in height, 147.574 mm in width, and 107.950 mm in length, giving designers clear envelope limits for compact stacks.
