The DGMX7PPGH20 modular pressure-reducing valve belongs to the SystemStak Modular Valves series from Vickers and is built to regulate downstream pressure in automated hydraulic systems. Pressure-operated actuation lets the spool respond directly to line pressure, removing the need for external controls. Subplate or manifold mounting integrates the unit into a stacked assembly and the ISO 4401-07 interface matches common CETOP 07 patterns for quick replacement. Reducing and pilot flow both enter through the P ports, simplifying circuit layout. The valve tolerates up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and can be set anywhere between 10 and 350 bar to match machine requirements. A maximum flow rate of 250 L/min (66.0 US gpm) prevents excessive pressure loss when large pumps are used.
A handwheel fitted with a locknut secures the chosen pressure setting against vibration or unauthorized change. The design is intended for anti-wear hydraulic oil, and a cleanliness level of 19/17/14 is required to keep the spool free of contamination. Buna-N seals contain the fluid across the full pressure range and resist common petroleum additives. Physical dimensions of 231.902 mm in length, 92.964 mm in width, and 80.010 mm in height allow tight stacking without exceeding typical manifold envelopes.
