The DGMX25PPAWRCS30 valve belongs to the SystemStak Modular Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic circuits that use stack mounting. It carries a screw with a locknut so plant technicians can set downstream pressure and lock the position against vibration. The body accepts an inlet pressure up to 70 bar (1000 psi), while the outlet is held to a maximum of 50 bar (725 psi) to shield actuators from overload. Throughput reaches 120 l/min (32 USgpm) enabling medium flow rates without excessive loss. Pilot control is taken from port P and the design uses an internal drain path to return pilot flow, which eliminates a separate drain hose. It supports external diagnostic and remote functions through uniform port threads; the external drain port, gage port, and remote control port all use an SAE-4 thread size of 0.4375-20 UNF-2B, which keeps fittings common across the manifold and simplifies spare parts management. Safe operation across ambient extremes is permitted by a minimum fluid temperature of 0 °C (32 °F) and a ceiling of 80 °C (180 °F), allowing typical petroleum-based oils to remain within viscosity targets. Installation holes measuring 6.90 mm (0.27 in) and a counterbore of 9.50 mm (0.37 in) accept standard cap screws so the stack can be clamped evenly and maintain seal compression during pressure cycling. Reduced pressure leaves the module through port P as specified, making circuit schematics straightforward when several reducing modules share the same supply gallery.
