The DGMX2-5-PP-FH-B-30J valve is produced by Vickers as part of the SystemStak Modular Valves series for controlled pressure regulation in hydraulic automation stacks. A handknob adjuster permits on-site tuning of the set value, and the unit conforms to CETOP size 5 while mating to an ISO 4401-AC-05-4-A (NFPA D05) interface so it can be sandwiched easily between standard subplates. Flow enters through the P port, which also supplies pilot control, and the metering spool is located in the P line to simplify passage arrangement. An internal drain channels leakage back to the manifold without an external hose. The assembly weighs 3.5 kg (7.7 lb), allowing one-person installation during service.
The regulated outlet can be lowered to 8.5 bar (125 psi) or raised to 200 bar (2900 psi) to match actuator requirements, while the inlet side withstands a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar (4500 psi). The valve handles up to 120 l/min (32 USgpm), supporting medium-flow circuits without excessive pressure drop. Overpressure in the reduced section is relieved through the TB discharge port to protect downstream components. A G 1/8 (1/8 BSPF) gage port provides a convenient connection point for pressure instruments, completing the functional features needed for precise and reliable hydraulic control.
