The DGMX13PPBWB40EN13 pressure-reducing valve is manufactured by Vickers within the SystemStak Modular Valves series and is used to stabilize downstream pressure in stacked hydraulic manifolds. A pressure-operated spool senses the inlet side and modulates flow without external actuation. The unit attaches to an ISO 4401-03 (NFPA D03) interface, allowing it to be sandwiched between a subplate and other SystemStak modules. Pilot control is taken from port P, and the reduced pressure is also delivered through port P to simplify circuit routing. The body tolerates a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar (4500 psi) while capping the regulated outlet at 70 bar (1000 psi). It passes up to 60 L/min (16 US gpm), making it suitable for medium-capacity circuits that use petroleum-based hydraulic oils.
Pressure is set with a screw and locknut located at the B-port end, which lets technicians adjust and secure the value without removing the valve from the stack. A G1/8 (1/8 BSPF) gauge port is provided for connecting test instruments during commissioning and troubleshooting. Physical dimensions of 59.944 mm in height, 71.628 mm in width, and 208.026 mm in length keep the envelope compact so multiple modules can fit inside shallow control cabinets. The size also maintains access to mounting bolts when several units are stacked together. The mechanical layout keeps the selected pressure stable under vibration or temperature change, supporting reliable hydraulic automation where consistent control and space efficiency are required.
