The DGMPN3ANS11 valve is produced by Vickers for the SystemStak Modular Valves series and is used to control hydraulic flow in stacked manifolds. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar, allowing it to function in high-pressure circuits. A maximum flow rate of 60 L/min defines the volume the unit can pass without exceeding its performance envelope. The cracking pressure is set at 5.0 bar so the poppet opens only when upstream pressure reaches this threshold, preventing unintended flow. A pilot area ratio of 3:1 balances pilot pressure against main stage force for reliable opening and closing. Flow checks are applied on port A, directing free flow in one direction and blocking return as required by circuit design. There is no decompression feature, which means line pressure equalizes only through normal flow paths. Installation uses the ISO 4401-03 (NFPA D03) mounting interface, while the DIN 24340 NG6 (CETOP 3) port pattern aligns the valve with common subplates and sandwich blocks.

Operation is permitted in ambient temperatures from −20 °C to +80 °C so the valve can be installed in unheated machinery halls or warm engine rooms. When water-containing fluids are used, the medium temperature must stay between +10 °C and +54 °C to protect internal seals. Acceptable fluid types include L-HM, L-HFC, L-HFB, and L-HFD, giving the designer flexibility with mineral oil or fire-resistant formulations. System cleanliness must meet ISO 17/15/12 when pressure exceeds 210 bar, and ISO 18/16/13 at or below 210 bar to limit wear on precision surfaces. At 250 bar the unit limits leakage to 0.25 ml/min, holding actuator position without excessive energy loss. These temperature, fluid, and cleanliness limits, together with the low leakage figure, ensure consistent performance throughout the service life in demanding hydraulic automation environments.
