The DGMPC3BAK41 pilot-operated check valve belongs to the SystemStak Modular Valves series and is produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation where reverse flow must be blocked until a pilot signal is applied. It installs on a subplate or manifold through the ISO 4401-03 (NFPA D03) interface, allowing quick assembly in stacked circuits. The valve handles operating pressures up to 315 bar, so it can be placed in high-pressure lines without additional protection. A maximum flow capacity of 60 L/min sets the throughput limit for return or actuator ports. The element opens after a cracking pressure of 1.00 bar, providing low-loss start-up while still preventing inadvertent backflow at rest. A 3:1 pilot area ratio on the main check section means the pilot pressure must reach one-third of the working pressure to release the load. With a body length of 97.028 mm and a width of 25.400 mm, the component fits compactly inside modular stack assemblies.

The valve body height measures 39.878 mm, so neighboring modules can be selected with matching stack dimensions. Internal sealing is accomplished with Viton elastomers, permitting use with common hydraulic oils and temperatures from −20 °C to 80 °C without loss of elasticity; this range lets mobile machinery start in cold mornings and continue working as oil warms during sustained duty. When closed and exposed to 250 bar, leakage is limited to 0.25 ml/min, helping circuits maintain position without auxiliary accumulators. A 10:1 pilot area ratio on the decompression poppet allows gentle pressure release because a small pilot force can lift the poppet against full system pressure. These characteristics allow the valve to safeguard actuators during load holding while minimizing energy loss and temperature rise in continuous service.
