The DGMPC3ABK41 valve is manufactured by Vickers within the SystemStak Modular Valves series and is used to manage directional flow and pressure sequencing in hydraulic automation. It is pressure operated, so line opening and closure are triggered by system pressure rather than electrical or manual input. The check function permits flow from line A while a pilot signal from port B initiates reverse flow, allowing controlled decompression of circuits. A cracking pressure of 1 bar ensures the valve opens with minimal backpressure, which minimizes energy loss during start-up. The internal pilot area ratio of 3:1 amplifies pilot pressure to guarantee reliable reseating after pressure drops. Maximum operating pressure is rated at 315 bar, enabling use in high-pressure industrial manifolds. The valve supports flow rates up to 60 L/min, which matches medium-size actuator circuits common in machine tools. Internal leakage does not exceed 0.25 ml/min at 250 bar, maintaining circuit holding capability when the valve is closed. It mounts face-to-face on an ISO 4401-03 interface, integrating directly into stacked subplate assemblies without custom drilling.
Petroleum oils are the approved working fluids, so the valve should not be used with water-glycol or synthetic esters. The cleanliness requirement is 19/17/14, meaning filtration must limit particle contamination to protect the seat and spool surfaces. Viton seals resist high temperature and mineral oil additives, extending service life under continuous duty. Four O-ring seals are supplied to seal the porting surfaces during stack assembly. Overall length is 97.028 mm, width is 25.400 mm, and height is 39.878 mm, so the module fits within standard manifold envelopes. Each mounting hole is 5.3 mm in diameter, allowing the use of standard M5 bolts for clamping the stack.
