The DGMFN3YA2HB2H21 flow control valve belongs to the SystemStak Modular Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers for stackable hydraulic automation. It regulates actuator speed by restricting discharge flow on both service ports; metering is meter-out on the A and B lines, and the restriction is produced by an adjustable, non-compensated orifice. A handknob on each circuit lets an operator set the opening without tools, while a standard type 2 needle delivers predictable throttling characteristics. Integral check valves bypass the orifice in the opposite direction so reverse flow is unimpeded. The valve processes both lines within a single ductile iron body, providing structural strength for high-duty circuits.
Hydraulic design limits allow a continuous flow of 60 L/min at pressures up to 315 bar (4500 psi), values established at a reference fluid temperature of 50 °C (122 °F) and a viscosity of 21 cSt (102 SUS). The module bolts to an ISO 4401 size 03, CETOP 3, or NFPA D03 manifold using four 5.3 mm mounting holes, aligning with other SystemStak components in a compact stack. Four interface O-rings are supplied to seal the pressure galleries and prevent external leakage when the valve is sandwiched between subplates. These mounting and sealing details support quick assembly and reliable service.
