The DGMEN 3S Y A2W B2W 41 valve belongs to the SystemStak Modular Valves series produced by Vickers for stacked hydraulic manifolds where precise discharge control is required. It meters flow leaving an actuator through ports A and B, following a meter-out configuration that lets the circuit set exhaust speed accurately. An integral reverse-flow check allows unrestricted return flow in the opposite direction, preventing back-pressure when cylinders retract. Rated for 315 bar (4500 psi) and a maximum flow of 60 L/min (16 US gpm), the unit fits medium-power pressure lines without derating. Flow is adjusted with a screw and locknut so the setting remains fixed against vibration, while the Type 2 needle produces fine resolution over the available range. A 4 mm (5/32 in) hex socket in the adjuster accepts common hand tools, simplifying in-field tuning.
The valve bolts to an ISO 4401-03 (NFPA D03) interface, letting it stack directly with other SystemStak elements on the manifold; each mounting hole is 5.3 mm in diameter to match standard cap screws. The design works with mineral and fire-resistant fluids classified as L-HM, L-HFC, L-HFB, or L-HFD, so machine builders can match system safety requirements. Reliable response is maintained with viscosities between 13 cSt and 500 cSt, covering start-up and warm operating conditions. Ambient temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C allow outdoor or unheated plant installation, while the recommended maximum fluid temperature of 65 °C protects seals and maintains oil stability during continuous duty.
