The DGMC3ATCKS41 relief valve is part of the SystemStak Modular Valves series from Vickers and is used to protect hydraulic actuators from excessive pressure in automated equipment. It is a single relief valve that is pressure operated, so it opens automatically when system pressure reaches its setting. Pressure is limited in port A, and excess fluid is directed into port T during every relief event. The unit follows the ISO4401-03 interface and is intended for subplate or manifold mounting, allowing compact stacking with other SystemStak elements. With a maximum pressure rating of 315 bar it suits medium-pressure circuits, while a maximum flow capacity of 60 L/min maintains adequate passage for common industrial pumps.
Adjustment is performed through a micrometer with a keylock, enabling precise setting of the relief point and preventing unauthorized changes. A gauge port threaded to SAE 4 (7/16″-20 UNF-2B) lets technicians monitor line pressure during commissioning or service. The valve body is 39.878 mm high and 215.900 mm long, dimensions that match typical SystemStak stack heights and panel depths. Viton seals withstand common hydraulic fluids and help the assembly operate between −20 °C and 80 °C without leakage. Clean operation requires fluid cleanliness of ISO 4406 class 17/15/12 to avoid erosion of internal surfaces.
