The DGMC-3-PT-AW-41 valve belongs to the SystemStak Modular Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers. It is a two-stage pressure relief unit that is pressure operated to protect hydraulic circuits. The valve limits pressure in the P passage and diverts excess oil to port T. A screw and locknut adjuster allows relief calibration up to 50 bar (725 psi) for low-pressure sections of a manifold. Flow capacity reaches 60 L/min (15.7 US gpm) so transient surges are vented without delay. The body is machined to the ISO 4401-03 (NFPA D03) interface, permitting sandwich mounting between other stack elements without external piping.
The valve operates in ambient temperatures from −20 °C (−4 °F) to 80 °C (176 °F) and tolerates petroleum fluid temperatures up to the same 80 °C limit. It accepts L-HM, L-HFC, L-HFB, and L-HFD fluids provided oil cleanliness is maintained at 17/15/12 or better when pressures exceed 210 bar. Overall length is 156 mm (6.2 in) and height is 40 mm (1.57 in), while four 5.3 mm through holes secure the assembly within a stack. The housing withstands continuous system pressures up to 315 bar (4500 psi) without deformation.
