Suction conditions permit up to 2 bar inlet pressure or a vacuum of 5 in Hg, so the pump tolerates mildly boosted feeds as well as light lift applications. Case pressure must remain below 0.35 bar to protect internal seals during extended duty. A 70 bar compensator setting automatically reduces flow when circuit pressure reaches 1000 psi. Because a thru-drive is not fitted, the unit cannot power an auxiliary pump in tandem. Torque is transmitted through a straight keyed SAE B shaft that is 2.31 inches long. Ports sit on the side with 1.625-inch SAE O-ring connections for straightforward rigid line attachment. Buna-N seals handle standard petroleum fluids and remain flexible at typical operating temperatures. With no maximum displacement stop installed, external control valves must limit stroke when partial flow is required.
