The PVQ32-B2L-SE1S-21-CM7-12 pump belongs to the PVQ Piston Pumps series and is manufactured by Vickers. It is used in hydraulic automation to convert mechanical energy into a controlled flow of hydraulic fluid. The compensator is preset to 70 bar so outlet flow is reduced as the circuit approaches that level, and this function is provided by the Low Pressure Compensator CM7 control type. Installation features start with an SAE J744 101-2 mounting flange which mates directly to SAE B pump pads on power units. A straight keyed SAE B shaft, 2.31 inches long, transmits torque without spline adapters and simplifies alignment. Fluid connections are arranged as SAE O-Ring rear ports to facilitate sealed tube routing in tight panels. Buna-N seals are fitted to resist standard hydraulic oils and maintain leakage control. The inlet can accept pressures up to 2 bar, and it tolerates a vacuum down to 5 inches of mercury so reservoir height and line losses can vary. Internal case pressure is limited to 0.35 bar, guiding drain line routing back to the tank. Finally, a weight of 14 kg allows manual handling during maintenance and reduces load on mounting brackets.
