Rotation is fixed to right-hand (clockwise), and Buna-N seals are fitted for compatibility with petroleum-based fluids. The displacement stop is not adjustable, which prevents inadvertent changes to the volumetric setting. There is no thru-drive provision, so the pump operates as a single source rather than a tandem element.
